Intesa Sanpaolo demonstrates its commitment to its customers and non-customers with an app dedicated to the loyalty program, offering many games, prizes, events, and initiatives.
Indulge in moments of fun. Each week, there are different prizes up for grabs: follow the timer to be ready for the game openings and try to win the prize you like the most.
In particular:
- Every day, there's a new opportunity to have fun and try to win prizes.
- Each prize corresponds to a certain number of stars.
- Complete the proposed missions to accumulate the necessary stars.
- Invite a friend, and for each new registration, you can earn additional stars.
- If you have more stars, you level up and gain access to higher-value prizes as well as two attempts to win prizes in the Lucky Chance and Winning Card games.

If you are an Intesa Sanpaolo customer, you can access the Premium profile of the Intesa Sanpaolo Reward app if you have subscribed to the Bank's My Key contract and activated the remote service ("Digital Customer"). With the Premium Profile, you can participate in dedicated events, increasing your chances of winning prizes.
If you are not an Intesa Sanpaolo customer or if you are an Intesa Sanpaolo customer but have not subscribed to My Key or do not use the Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile app ("Digital Prospect"), you can instead access the Base profile of the Intesa Sanpaolo Reward app, which offers dedicated prizes.
You will automatically switch from the Base profile to the Premium profile at any time if you meet the above requirements. However, the transition from the Premium profile to the Base profile is not automatic; for more information, please refer to the Competition Rules.

With the INTESA SANPAOLO REWARD app, you can participate in the "Intesa Sanpaolo 2024" prize competition, valid from May 2, 2023, to April 15, 2024, with prizes awarded through Instant Win mode. Indicative initial prize pool: €610,908.35 (including VAT), subject to periodic updates. To participate, it is necessary to have downloaded the Intesa Sanpaolo Reward app or the Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile app (Premium profile only).
